Kodjo Edem Jean Pierre Avogan, representative of Togo's Ministry of Land and Urban Development, said that thanks to the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), he discovered both the beauty of Baku and the friendliness of its people.
Speaking to Report, the Togolese delegate noted that he arrived in Baku this morning and was impressed: "People are very kind. They treat us warmly and helpfully. If I have the chance, I plan to stay a little longer after the forum and explore other places."
Avogan also emphasized the importance of his participation for Togo: "This event allows us to see how other countries, unlike Togo, operate in more advanced areas, compare experiences, and learn best practices. At the same time, I want to meet with partners attending the forum to discuss how we can cooperate in implementing policies in our country."
