Term of diplomatic activity of Ambassador of Sweden to Azerbaijan ends

Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov received Ambassador of Sweden Christian Kamill in connection with the completion of his diplomatic activities in Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan told Report.

Bayramov thanked the Swedish Ambassador for his efforts to develop relations between the two countries during his tenure in Azerbaijan and wished the Ambassador success in his future activities.

The Minister noted that the exchanges of visits and high-level meetings between the two countries contribute to the strengthening of bilateral ties. The importance of further expansion of the political dialogue between Azerbaijan and Sweden was emphasized.

The Ambassador spoke with satisfaction about his activities in Azerbaijan. He noted that the events held in Sweden and Azerbaijan on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries contribute to the expansion of bilateral cooperation.
