Tajikistan is ready to continue cooperation with international organizations and experts in the field of cadastral valuation of real estate.
Report informs that Bobojon Gulzoda, Director of Tajikistan's State Unitary Enterprise "Registration of Immovable Property," said this at WUF13 in Baku.
According to him, cadastral valuation of real estate has not yet been carried out in Tajikistan.
"Therefore, it would be advisable to implement this process with the participation of international experts or as part of international projects in order to ensure that the results are recognized internationally," Gulzoda said.
He said work is already underway in the country to modernize the real estate registration and cadastral valuation system.
According to the head of the enterprise, after studying foreign experience in 2015–2016, Tajikistan created its first electronic real estate registration system, while a new information system was put into operation in February 2025.
"Further centralization of registration and cadastral valuation systems will help increase transparency, efficiency and the quality of real estate management," Gulzoda added.
