Armed conflicts, geopolitical tensions and humanitarian crises are putting human lives at risk, hindering development and deepening inequality, Speaker of Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova said in a video address to the Second Inter-Parliamentary Conference of Speakers in Cambodia.
According to Report, the Azerbaijani parliamentary speaker highlighted the importance of the conference, held under the theme "Solidarity for Peace and Global Well-Being: Strengthening International Law and Peaceful Conflict Resolution."
