Russian State Duma Chairman will visit Azerbaijan in December

Moscow. 15 November. REPORT.AZ/ Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Volodin will arrive in Azerbaijan on December 23.

Russian bureau of Report News Agency informs referring to a diplomatic source.

According to source, on December 22, the State Duma will hold its last meeting in 2017, and the next day a large delegation of Russian parliamentarians headed by speaker Volodin will arrive in Baku.

Within the framework of the visit, a joint meeting of the Duma committees on CIS and international affairs with the relevant committees of the Milli Majlis is expected.

Along with this, meetings of the State Duma Chairman with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Chairman of Milli Majlis Ogtay Asadov are planned.
