Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis (Parliament), Sahiba Gafarova, with the Friendship order.
According to Report, Putin signed a decree in this regard.
Under the decree, Sahiba Gafarova was awarded the Friendship order for her services in strengthening Russian-Azerbaijani relations.
