Protocol on financial assistance to Palestinian Embassy approved in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan has approved the "Protocol between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Palestine on providing financial assistance to the Embassy of the State of Palestine in the Republic of Azerbaijan."
According to Report, the relevant decree was signed by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
Under the document, Azerbaijan's Cabinet of Ministers will take measures to implement its provisions.
The Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs will notify the Government of the State of Palestine about the completion of the domestic procedures required for the protocol to enter into force.
The protocol was signed in Baku, on July 10, 2026.
