Azerbaijan attaches special importance to further developing the mutually beneficial cooperation between the country and the United States, which holds great potential, reads a congratulatory letter from Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to US President Donald Trump on the occasion of the 250th anniversary of US independence, Report informs.
