"Poland and Azerbaijan have opportunities to further develop energy relations. Unfortunately, the current pandemic conditions prevent this like many projects. But I think the parties will consider this in the post-pandemic period," well-known Polish expert Marcin Piątkowski told Report.
He noted that relations between the two countries could be developed in various fields: "I once said this, but unfortunately, COVID-19 has delayed many plans. I believe, in all cases, Warsaw is interested in developing relations with Baku within the European Union, especially on energy issues. There is a basic agreement between the energy ministries of the two countries."
