Petr Pavel: Czech Republic highly values its relations with Azerbaijan

President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel congratulated President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of May 28, Independence Day, Report informs via AZERTAC.

The letter reads:
