Number of illegal Armenian armed formations on Azerbaijan's territory revealed

Armenian armed forces numbering more than 10,000 people continue to be illegally deployed on the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Report informs.

The statement was made at a briefing for the diplomatic corps accredited in Azerbaijan, held on September 18 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the participation of Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev, Representative of the President of Azerbaijan for Special Assignments Elchin Amirbayov and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Fariz Rzayev.

It was noted that the issue of cargo delivery is not isolated from the facts of the growth of military and political provocations of Armenia directed against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
