New Austrian ambassador aims to deepen bilateral ties with Azerbaijan

New Austrian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Etienne Berchtold said he intends to deepen bilateral relations at all levels during his diplomatic mission, the Austrian diplomat said in a post on X.

"It was a great honor to present credentials today to HE the President of Azerbaijan and to start my official mission in Azerbaijan and further deepen our strong bilateral relations at all levels," the post reads.

It was reported earlier that on October 5, Etienne Berchtold presented his credentials to President Ilham Aliyev, addressing the head of state in Azerbaijani.
