Azerbaijan's newly appointed Ambassador to Latvia, Narmina Mustafayeva, presented her credentials to Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs, according to Latvian president's press service, cited by Report.
Earlier, Narmina Mustafayeva presented copies of her credentials to Zane Ventere, Acting Head of the State Protocol Division at Latvia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
On August 12, 2026, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev appointed Mustafayeva as the country's new ambassador to Latvia.
Narmina Mustafayeva served as Azerbaijan's Consul General in Istanbul from 2020 to 2026.
