Murat Kurum stresses rapid development of Türkiye-Azerbaijan relations

Türkiye and Azerbaijan are determined to further strengthen their power, Murat Kurum, Turkish Minister of Environment, Urban Planning, and Climate Change, told journalists on the sidelines of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, Report informs.

The minister congratulated Azerbaijan on the high-level organization of WUF13: "I toured the pavilions of various countries here and was pleased. We held several discussions with the United Arab Emirates on urban planning, and the meetings were fruitful. The steps taken at WUF13 will also be discussed again within COP31."

Kurum further emphasized the rapid development and strengthening of relations between the two countries: "The political decisions taken by the leaders of Türkiye and Azerbaijan are leading both countries toward progress. We have set the goal of further increasing our strength."
