Moratinos: UN Alliance of Civilizations remains committed to supporting, cooperating with Azerbaijan, Armenia

UN Under-Secretary-General and High Representative for the UN Alliance of Civilizations Miguel Angel Moratinos has sent a congratulatory letter to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Report informs via AZERTAC.
