Milli Majlis addresses parliaments of foreign countries regarding Armenia's manipulation attempts

On August 15, Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova, heads of the working groups of the Milli Majlis for inter-parliamentary relations and heads of Azerbaijani delegations in international parliamentary organizations addressed the heads of international parliamentary organizations and the parliaments of foreign countries regarding the attempts by Armenia to manipulate and confuse the international community in the part of the Garabagh region of Azerbaijan where the Russian peacekeeping contingent is temporarily stationed, Report informs, citing Milli Majlis.

Appeal emphasized once again that Azerbaijan is committed to international humanitarian law and human rights norms, rejected Armenia's baseless claims about the "blockade" or "humanitarian crises", and pointed out that this is a clear manifestation of Armenia's extensive propaganda campaign against Azerbaijan.
