Armenia is responsible for the deaths of innocent Azerbaijani civilians, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry wrote on X, Report informs.
“Yet another civilian was maimed following a landmine explosion for the last two days. Number of Armenia-planted landmine victims reached 3️44, including 65 killed since the end of 2020. Armenia bears responsibility for the lost lives of innocent civilians,” the ministry wrote.
