MFA: 3,138 people evacuated to Azerbaijan so far

Due to the situation in Ukraine, the evacuation of Azerbaijani citizens continues through the territory of neighboring countries, Report informs, citing the Foreign Ministry.
So far, 3,138 people have been evacuated to Azerbaijan, including 1,908 people on charter flights and 1,263 by land.
"The Azerbaijani government has organized ten charter flights to evacuate our citizens, mainly from the Romanian city of Iasi, from Romania and Poland. Priority was given to evacuating women, children, the elderly, the sick, and other vulnerable citizens. The evacuation of our citizens by both charter flights and buses passing through the territory of neighboring countries will continue," MFA said.
