Mexican Embassy organizes Independence Day reception in Shusha

The Embassy of Mexico in Azerbaijan held a reception in Shusha to mark the Independence Day of the Republic of Mexico.

According to Report's correspondent in Karabakh, representatives of the diplomatic corps visiting Shusha attended the event.

Representatives of Azerbaijan and Mexico delivered speeches during the event.

It was noted that Shusha's hosting of events dedicated to the national days and important dates of various countries demonstrates that the city is becoming one of Azerbaijan's diplomatic centers.

The latest two-day visit by representatives of the diplomatic corps to Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur began today.

The diplomats are accompanied by Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration.

The delegation includes 150 representatives from 58 countries and nine international organizations.
