Kyrgyzstan's trade turnover with Central Asian countries and Azerbaijan has nearly doubled over the past four years, reaching $3.5 billion in 2025, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov said.
According to Report's correspondent in Turkmenistan, Japarov made the remarks at the 8th Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asian Countries and Azerbaijan (C5+1) in Avaza.
He said that investments from the five countries into Kyrgyzstan exceeded $140 million in 2025.
"Good-neighborly relations between the Central Asian countries and Azerbaijan should be supported by sustainable economic ties," Zhaparov emphasized.
