Klaar: Ankara can play important role in normalizing relations between Baku and Yerevan

Türkiye can play an important role in normalizing relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, thereby providing a strong impetus for stabilizing the entire South Caucasus region, the Special Representative of the European Union for the South Caucasus, Toivo Klaar, said at the panel discussion "Peace, development and connections in the South Caucasus" within the framework of the Diplomacy Forum in Antalya.

"I want to emphasize that while the EU and European countries and most recently Germany have been and will be ready to support good offers, we also looking to Türkiye and its potential to leadership in this region," Klaar said.
