Khalil Cisse: France supports separatists, takes biased position towards Azerbaijan

France continues to take a biased position towards Azerbaijan and supports separatist sentiments in Garabagh, Khalil Cisse, president of the NIDEM Center, a new initiative for the development of Mali, told Report, commenting on the statement of the French Foreign Ministry following a telephone conversation between French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Catherine Colonna and Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.

"The French authorities are implementing a policy of imperialism, they are doing it in Mali. We, the African countries, face the same problem. France is a terrorist and criminal country," he said.

According to him, Mali, as a member of the Non-Aligned Movement, is always ready to support Azerbaijan in opposing the imperialist policy of France.
