Jeyhun Bayramov meets with UN General Assembly President

On March 3, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov received the President of the 77th session of the UN General Assembly, Csaba Korosi, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan within the framework of the Summit-level Meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement Contact Group in response to COVID-19, Report informs, citing the ministry.

The meeting discussed the restoration and construction works in the liberated territories, the existing mine threats, the normalization of relations with Armenia, and the steps taken by Azerbaijan in the direction of advancing the peace agenda.

The sides also discussed other issues of mutual interest on the UN agenda and the current regional situation.
