A delegation led by Charles Lenjo Mwazighe, Director of the International Peace Support Training Centre (IPSTC) in Nairobi, Kenya, has arrived in Azerbaijan.
According to Report, citing the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA), the delegation toured both the Goygol Training Centre and the liberated Aghdam district.
IPSTC, which emphasizes regional and international cooperation, focuses on creating new training programs, implementing joint projects, and promoting mutual exchange of experience within intergovernmental partnerships.

The delegation first visited ANAMA's Goygol Training Centre, where they were briefed on personnel training, educational programs, infrastructure, and professional preparation of specialists.
During the trip, they also observed demining activities in Aghdam, receiving detailed information about the mine problem in liberated areas, the consequences of mines and other explosive devices, and the measures being implemented to eliminate these threats and ensure safety.
