International Court of Justice suspends consideration of Armenia's main claim document

On April 21, 2023, the Azerbaijani side officially presented its preliminary objections to the main lawsuit filed by Armenia against Azerbaijan to the International Court of Justice within the framework of the Convention On the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.
"Due to the preliminary objections of Azerbaijan, the International Court of Justice suspended the consideration of the main claim document of Armenia," said MFA.
