"We will spare no effort to ensure stability in the Caucasus," President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said during his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Samarkand, according to Report.
"The main issue now is not to destroy the process of normalization of relations between the two countries, to achieve progress in this direction. The Russian side also contributes to this process. Negotiations are also being held at the level of deputy prime ministers," the head of state stressed.
The Azerbaijani leader assured that Azerbaijan is committed to the obligations of the tripartite statement signed after the Second Karabakh war.
