President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said that the relations between Azerbaijan and Romania are developing on the basis of strategic partnership.
Report informs that speaking at the opening ceremony of the Greece-Bulgaria Gas Interconnector (IGB) in Sofia, President Ilham Aliyev said that the two countries have traditionally friendly and extensive cooperative relations.
