Ilham Aliyev extends condolences to Vladimir Putin

On November 25, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev expressed condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Report informs that the letter says:
"Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
"I am deeply saddened by reports of casualties in the accident at the Listvyazhnaya coal mine in the Kemerovo Region.
"On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and my own behalf, I express my sincere condolences to you, the families, and close ones of the victims, and I wish a speedy recovery to all those who suffered."
