Nearly 700 persons returned to Azerbaijan and Armenia with ICRC's participation

Between 1990 and 2020, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) participated in the return of nearly 700 detainees to both sides, Ilaha Huseynova, head of the public relations department of ICRC Azerbaijan office, told the agency's briefing for media representatives.
Report informs that, according to her, in general, the detaining party is responsible for the detainee: "The ICRC cannot bear any responsibility in this matter."
