Foreign Minister: Georgian-Azerbaijani cooperation serves stability in the region

"The partnership between Georgia and Azerbaijan is expanding year by year," the local Bureau of Report quotes Georgian Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani, saying during the meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov.
According to him, cooperation between the two countries serves to ensure stability in the region and beyond. "Georgia supports the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. We highly appreciate Azerbaijan's support for the resolution initiated by Georgia in the UN General Assembly. "
Zalkaliani noted that his Azerbaijani counterpart informed him about the tension on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border: "Georgia supports the settlement of the conflict with the support of the international community."
