A French citizen by Ibrahim Diavara who visited Karabakh, Azerbaijan, said that his mother introduced Azerbaijan to them as a brotherly country, Report informs.
He shared this insight during his visit to Khankandi at the 6th Summer Camp of Diaspora Youth dedicated to the Year of Constitution and Sovereignty.
Diavara emphasized that he believes Azerbaijan will successfully complete the restoration of its liberated territories:
"I was born and raised in France, and currently live in Paris. My father is Senegalese, my mother is Turkish. Although this is my first visit here, I have been closely following the Karabakh war for a long time. My mother has always talked about Azerbaijan as a brother country.
What I've seen in Karabakh is very beautiful. The city of Khankandi is being rebuilt. It takes some time to restore the area. I am confident that Azerbaijan will successfully complete these works."
