Azerbaijan and Armenia can achieve peace, Ambassador of France to Azerbaijan Zacharie Gross said on Twitter, Report informs.
"My mission as Ambassador of France to Azerbaijan officially ended yesterday.
"It was a great experience at a historic moment.
"I am grateful to the many friends I made in Azerbaijan and wish my successor Anne Boillon all the best.
"I am convinced Azerbaijan and Armenia can achieve peace. Never give up!" the diplomat tweeted.
