Azerbaijan has set ambitious goals, Former Prime Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zlatko Lagumdzija, said at the next panel meeting on the topic 'Building a renewed global health architecture: promoting, providing, protecting, powering and performing for health' within the framework of the 10th Global Baku Forum, Report informs.
He noted that Azerbaijan, a country rich in oil and gas, is tasked with developing renewable energy sources.
Touching upon the consequences of the pandemic, the former Prime Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina noted that Azerbaijan is one of the countries with a low death rate from COVID-19: "In other countries, the number of deaths from COVID-19 was many times higher than in Azerbaijan."
