Foreign ministers of Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan mull expanding co-op

During a telephone conversation, Uzbek Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov have discussed the expansion of strategic cooperation.
"We exchanged views on the current state and promising future of the partnership between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, as well as on regional and global events. We focused on continuing our dynamic political dialogue, expanding economic cooperation and promoting joint projects," Bakhtiyor Saidov said in his Telegram channel, Report informs.
The foreign ministers reaffirmed their commitment to deepening strategic ties and alliances based on historical ties and mutual interests.
