Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov had a telephone conversation, Report informs with reference to TRT Haber.
The foreign ministers of the two countries held discussions on regional issues.
At the same time, they exchanged views on navigation safety in the Black Sea.
