Azerbaijan's victory in the Patriotic War opened up new opportunities for cooperation in the region, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at the panel session "New world order after COVID-19" within the framework of the 8th Global Baku Forum, Report informs.
"I believe that the improvement of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia will benefit not only the two countries, but also the neighboring states," Bayramov said.
