FM: Pakistan supports legitimate steps taken by Azerbaijan on its sovereign territories

“Pakistan supports the legitimate steps taken by Azerbaijan on its sovereign territories,” Pakistani Foreign Secretary Jalil Abbas Jilani said during the meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov, Report informs.

The Pakistani minister expressed his gratitude to the Azerbaijani side for organizing the next meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Economic Cooperation Organization at a high level in Shusha, Azerbaijan.

Bayramov, in turn, highly appreciated the support provided to Azerbaijan during the 30-year occupation of Armenia, as well as during the 44-day Patriotic War.
