EU special representative to visit Azerbaijan and Armenia

The EU Special Representative Toivo Klaar will visit Baku and Yerevan regarding the tension on the Azerbaijan-Armenia border, said the High Representative of the European Union (EU) Joseph Borrell, Report informs.
"Toivo Klaar will now travel to the two countries immediately to support the necessary de-escalation and to discuss the next steps in the Brussels dialogue process between the Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders," he said.
