EU Special Representative to visit Azerbaijan

EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar will visit Azerbaijan soon.
According to Report, since February 22, Klaar has been on a visit to Armenia, after which he plans to visit Georgia, Russia, and then Baku.
During the visit, the EU Representative will hold meetings with several officials of the country.
