Erdogan: Azerbaijan-Türkiye ties strong in all areas

Ties between Azerbaijan and Türkiye are strong in all areas, including energy, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told participants of the opening ceremony of the Baku Energy Week, which was read by the country’s Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar, Report informs.
“The Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan, Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum and TANAP projects have made a serious contribution to the development of cooperation between the countries,” reads the appeal.
Erdogan noted that the start of supplies of Turkmen natural gas through Azerbaijan to Türkiye is a matter of time.
He also stressed that Ankara welcomes the progress in peace negotiations between Baku and Yerevan and hopes for the speedy signing of a peace treaty.
