Of the 13,600 square kilometers of Azerbaijani territories liberated after 30 years of occupation, 2,700 square kilometers fall under the Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts, stated Emin Huseynov, Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavand districts, at an event held within the framework of WUF13 in Baku, according to Report
He said that Aghdam and Fuzuli are the largest districts in the Karabakh and East Zangazur regions in terms of population, area, and economic activity.
"At the same time, these were the most destroyed and completely looted cities," Huseynov said.
