ECO sec.-gen. hails creation of ECO Research Center in Baku

Establishment of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Research Center in Baku is an outstanding achievement for the ECO family, Secretary General of the ECO Hadi​ Soleimanpour said at the 14th ECO Online Summit March 5, Report informs.

"I also congratulate His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the President of Azerbaijan, on the establishment of the ECO Research Center in Baku on the initiative of former President Heydar Aliyev. This is an outstanding achievement for the ECO family and will make the organization more versatile," said Soleimanpour.

He also called on the summit participants to honor the memory of the Azerbaijani martyrs who sacrificed their lives to preserve the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
