Giancarlo Alberti, the new temporary chargé d'affaires of Chile in Azerbaijan, has arrived in Baku.
Report informs that he replaced Fidel Coloma in this position.
Fidel Coloma headed the diplomatic mission in Azerbaijan for 3 years.
