Book of Sorrow opened at Permanent Mission of Russia’s Tatarstan in Azerbaijan

In connection with the death of children and adults as a result of a shooting at the school No 175 in Kazan, a Book of Sorrow has been opened at the Permanent Mission of Russia’s Republic of Tatarstan in Azerbaijan, Report informs referring to the Russian House in Baku.
"A spontaneous memorial in memory of the victims of the tragedy will be open until 5:00 p.m. today. Those who wish can express their condolences and lay flowers," the House’s Facebook page says.
