The Khojaly genocide is a black spot in human history, said the Chairman of the Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), Binali Yildirim, Report informs.
Binali Yildirim expressed his condolences to the people of Azerbaijan on the 32nd anniversary of the Khojaly genocide: "We feel the sadness of our brothers who were brutally killed in Khojaly on February 26, 1992, regardless of whether they were women, men, the elderly, or children."
