Baku hosts presentation of certificates to NATO program graduates on Afghanistan

Baku. 20 September. REPORT.AZ / ADA University has hosted the ceremony of awarding certificates to Afghan graduates of NATO program on improvement of education in the field of defense "Civilian Oversight of The Armed Forced".

Report informs that the ceremony was attended by NATO Deputy Secretary General Rose Gottemoeller, who is on a visit to Baku.

She noted the importance of implementing this program, which involved 14 Afghan citizens, in raising the quality of military education and security in Afghanistan.

"I also want to thank Azerbaijan for providing a platform for implementation of such programs. Azerbaijan plays an active role and makes a great contribution to NATO programs in this country from the very beginning of the DEEP Afghanistan program," she said.
