Bahrom Ashrafkhanov: Uzbekistan's participation in WUF13 created an opportunity to study new experience

Uzbekistan's Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Bahrom Ashrafkhanov, highly praised the organization of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), held in Baku.

According to Report, the diplomat made the statement to journalists ahead of the start of training sessions for Uzbek civil servants in Azerbaijan on public policy issues.

According to him, Uzbekistan's participation in the forum provided an opportunity to study new approaches as well as to exchange knowledge and practical experience.

"WUF13 in Baku was held at a very high level. Uzbekistan's participation in the forum created a good opportunity to study new experience and exchange knowledge," Ashrafkhanov noted.

The Ambassador emphasized that the exchange of knowledge and practical skills is one of the key factors of development, including in public administration and training a new generation of personnel.

He also highlighted Uzbekistan's active participation in international events held in Azerbaijan. In particular, the country is represented by a large delegation at the Baku Energy Week.

According to Ashrafkhanov, such international platforms contribute to strengthening professional contacts, developing interagency cooperation, and introducing advanced management practices.
