Azerbaijani, Russian FMs hold meeting

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has met with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said in a telegram, Report informs.
The meeting took place within the framework of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
