Azerbaijani PM meets with Iranian President in Tehran

As part of his working visit to Tehran, Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov met with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian Wednesday, Report informs, citing the Cabinet of Ministers.
Asadov conveyed the greetings of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his congratulations to Masud Pezeshkian on the commencement of his presidential term.
The Prime Minister presented the invitation letter of Ilham Aliyev to President Masud Pezeshkian regarding the participation in COP29 to be held in Azerbaijan in November.
During the meeting, they expressed satisfaction with the successful development of friendly and brotherly relations between Azerbaijan and Iran in various areas and discussed the future prospects of cooperation.
