Azerbaijani Parliament, Russian Federation Council Speakers discuss Karabakh

Azerbaijani Parliament Speaker Sahiba Gafarova discussed the Karabakh problem with Speaker of the Russian Federation Council of the Federal Assembly Valentina Matvienko, Report informs.

The Azerbaijani parliamentary speaker informed Valentina Matvienko that Armenia’s refused to hand minefield maps over to Azerbaijan in gross violation of all international laws.

Sahiba Gafarova also noted that Armenia resorts to terror. The parliament speaker recalled that on November 16, seven Azerbaijani servicemen were killed during the clashes on the state border, which arose as a result of Armenia’s provocations.
